I’m purposefully going to attack their Judy hate.
As further proof of the ongoing secret affair of Judy Garland and Gene Kelly an audio clip of one of their late night calls was recently found. Louis B. Mayer the head of the MGM studio always kept tabs on Judy sometimes having her followed whenever she was wasn’t filming. He also had a habit of bugging her phones. This clip is believed to be one of the recordings by Mr. Mayer.
Be it known that this is the sexiest 16 seconds you will ever hear. Apologies for the poor sound quality, I tried to deal with it as best I could.
I accept this as truth.
This BOOK should win an Oscar. It will be mine.
What just happened?!
This week has been a mass of coiled emotion.
1. 31 Days of Oscars on TCM is why I live.
2. Michelle Dockery AKA Lady Mary Crawley goes on Letterman and spreads her perfection everywhere (I won’t even mention The View).
3. Whitney Houston passes away on the eve of the Grammys. I was feeling so sad……..then the media had to compare her to Judy Garland. Really, E! News? It’s not complimentary to either lady.
4. Basically, the Grammys happened. I feel like MUSIC won last night. I’m so excited about Adele’s comeback!
